To start off, my entire family has been using Brown's for a very long time. So when me and my fiancé were buying our house there was no doubt in our mind that we would be using them to have our carpets cleaned before moving in. The previous owner owned a dog, so the very nice carpets needed a facelift. They came out in the morning right before we left for closing and they were done when we got home! I wouldn't recommend another company over Brown's. It's hard finding a trustworthy and honest company these days, but I'm happy I was able to find one in Brown's.
